RegistrationAll Sponsor and Exhibitor personnel must register to attend the Virtual Summit.
How to Register:
Please register all attending personnel (including exhibit personnel) in your Company Portal under the Registration Tab. Sponsor and Exhibitor registration is not available on the Summit website. Participants who are a contracted sponsor/exhibitor will be e-mailed a link to their Company Portal by Teri Caron, Fulfillment/Customer Support Manager. The portal will list the appropriate number of complimentary or discounted registrations that were agreed upon in the contract. Each person that will be attending must register.
Contract Requirement: eventPower must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before personnel can register.
Official ContractorsAs you plan for the Summit, you may receive solicitations from publications and vendors that are not affiliated with the 2020 AFCEA/INSA Intelligence and National Security Summit, AFCEA, INSA, eventPower, or any contracted organization therein. Please be advised that AFCEA and INSA do not sell exhibitor lists or contact information to anyone. This information is securely provided to the Summit Official Contractors to inform exhibitors of show related services. Solicitations from unofficial vendors are often the result of obtaining public information from the Internet. The Summit partners with select vendors to produce our premier conference and expo and can intervene on your behalf if any customer service issues arise.
List of official contractors:
- eventPower (Exhibit Sales, Management, and Registration)
- ATX (Audio Visual/Production)
We look forward to a successful virtual experience! See you in September!
