Cancellations

Registration Cancellations

Cancellations must be received by August 30, 2021 submitted via email to IntelSummit@support.eventpower.com. Summit registration cancellations after COB Monday, August 30, 2021 are NOT refundable. Requests for cancellation before COB Monday, August 30, 2021 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Hotel Cancellations

Cancellations prior to Wednesday, September 1, 2021, 5:00 pm EDT will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellations after Wednesday, September 1, 2021, 5:00 pm EDT will be charged one night’s room and tax.

Exhibitor Booth and Sponsorship Cancellations

Cancellations must be received by email from a representative of the company signing the contract and confirmed as accepted by email from eventPower. Cancellations received at or after 180 days of the event start date will be 100% liable for contracted funds

Registration/Badges

What do I need to bring with me to check in and get my badge?

Participants must bring government-issued photo identification. To speed up badge pickup, participants are encouraged to bring their confirmation email with them to the registration and information desk. Attendees may also bring a digital copy of their confirmation via phone/tablet device.

How can I ensure that the information on my badge is correct before the Summit?

Information will be pulled directly from the online registration form. If a name was entered in capital letters, it will appear in capital letters on the badge. Please check your confirmation email for the personal identification information that will be printed on the badge.

To make changes to your registration, log back into your existing registration portal and edit your contact information.

Foreign Nationals

Friendly foreign nationals are welcome at the two-day Intelligence & National Security Summit taking place on September 13-14, 2021. Active duty government or military registrants pay the same fee as U.S. active duty military/government.

Meals

Are meals included with my registration?

Yes, continental breakfast, lunch, and the networking reception are included with registration for participants with a full Summit pass. Active duty government or military registrants have the option to purchase lunch passes.

Note: There are many different food options onsite at the Gaylord National and in the surrounding area beyond what is provided at the Summit. However, these food options are not included in registration.

Can non-Summit participants join me for onsite meals?

No. Only registered, badged attendees are able to access the Summit spaces. If you are interested in dining with non-Summit participants, there are other dining options available at the Gaylord and nearby establishments.

If I have a dietary/religious preferences, can I make special meal requests?

If you listed a dietary restriction or requested a special meal during the online registration process, please identify yourself to a banquet server during breakfast and lunch. Please show your meal ticket to the server, so the appropriate meal can be delivered to you. 

Where is the Business Center located?

There is a full service FedEx located inside the Gaylord on level 2 between the hotel meeting space and the convention center meeting space.

What are the Business Center hours of operation?

Monday - Sunday 6:00am - 9:00pm

General Logistics

Where is the lost and found?

Lost items can be returned to the Summit registration and information desk. Once the Summit ends, unclaimed items will be turned over to the Gaylord National security department.

What is the expected dress code for the Summit?

Business attire.

Will there be Press?

Yes, we expect media coverage of the Summit.

Must be an AFCEA or INSA Small Business Corporate Member with 49 or less employees at time of event.
